This is a long distance dog sled racing and touring company located 15 miles northwest of Fairbanks, Alaska. Our 45 dogs are our co-workers, best buds, and traveling companions. Black Spruce Dog Sledding is owned and operated by Iditarod veterans Jeff Deeter and KattiJo Deeter. Life here is in constant motion, full of of fur, snuggles, trail work, building projects, touring and racing.
